I've paid for my tickets, but I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?
If you can't find your ticket, we can check you in manually at the door using the name you provided when purchasing.
Can you buy tickets on the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets on the door for all time slots but they are subject to capacity.
Do you accept cash and card?
If you're buying tickets at the door, we accept both cash and card. Most of our sellers also accept both payment methods, with card machines available at their stalls.
Do children and carers require a ticket?
Children under 12 and carers do not need a ticket, entry is free.
Can I refund my ticket if I can no longer attend?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to pass or sell them on.

Yes, you can edit your stall size on the ‘my orders’ page when logged into our website.

Yes, If you leave your email on the bookings page, you will be notified automatically if any spaces become available.
