Catch Market Seller Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Stall Fees

All stall bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full to be confirmed.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior written permission from Catch Market.

Stall fees are for the hire of space only. Catch Market does not guarantee sales.

All fees are subject to the cancellation policy.
2. Event Changes and Cancellation by Organiser

Catch Market reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or safety concerns.

In such cases, Catch Market will communicate with sellers as soon as possible and may offer a stall credit, transfer, or refund at its discretion.
3. Set-Up, Trading Hours, and Breakdown

Sellers must adhere to the set-up, trading, and breakdown times communicated for each event.

Early departure or late arrival without prior agreement may result in the loss of booking privileges and no refund.
4. Insurance and Liability

Sellers are strongly recommended to have public liability insurance.

Catch Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to stock, equipment, or personal belongings.
5. Behaviour and Conduct

Sellers must behave professionally and respectfully.

Catch Market reserves the right to remove any seller whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant with these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.
6. Marketing and Photography

Catch Market may photograph or film events for promotional purposes.

By attending, sellers grant permission for images or video of their stall to be used in marketing and promotional materials.
7. Product Compliance

All products must comply with UK law, including trading standards and safety requirements.

Counterfeit, unsafe, or illegal products are strictly prohibited.
8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stall, sellers agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
